I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, and I felt it was great value for my money. The room was clean and spacious, plus the staff were friendly and accommodating, especially when they upgraded our room for my elderly mother.
The hotel breakfast menu could use more variety to really impress guests.

I had a decent stay at this hotel! The location is pretty handy, close to the airport, making it super convenient for travelers. I appreciated that they offered free heat packs during a chilly night and the cleanliness of my room was a nice surprise. Plus, the bathroom was spacious and well-kept!
Not everything was great—my room had no windows, and I found the pillows a bit too soft for my liking. The air conditioning was a bit tricky to control, and it felt a bit crowded with shared facilities. it's a mixed bag!

I recently stayed at Hub Hotel for a 6-week cycling tour of Taiwan. The customer service was superb, especially their initiative to attend to my aunts' special needs due to disability. The location was excellent, near Sogo, night market, and community parks, and easily accessible by public transport. Despite the hotel being a little old, the facilities and beddings were clean. The breakfast was great, and they even offered free laundry services.
Totally recommend this hotel!
